All payments must be made at the time of ordering. We accept [Direct EFT or you can use YOCO Payment Portal]. Your order will not be processed until payment has been received in full.

6. Shipping and Delivery

We aim to dispatch all orders within 2 to 3 business days. Delivery times may vary depending on your location and shipping method chosen. Pour’d is not responsible for any delays caused by third-party carriers.

7. Returns and Refunds

If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may return it within 7 days of receipt for a full refund or exchange, provided the item is in its original condition. Please refer to our Return Policy for more details.
