Collection: Aromatherapy Essential Oils

Pure, potent, and purposefully sourced — our aromatherapy essential oils are the foundation of any meaningful wellness practice. Each oil is carefully selected for its therapeutic properties and aromatic integrity, offering a natural way to support mood, focus, relaxation, and overall wellbeing.

Use in a diffuser, blend with a carrier oil for topical application, or incorporate into your candle-making and bath rituals. Our range covers a curated selection of classic and functional scents, from calming lavender to invigorating lemongrass and grounding frankincense.

Choosing and using essential oils

Dilution: Never apply essential oils undiluted to skin. Follow the individual oil’s directions and oil-specific dilution limits; there is no single dilution suitable for every oil or person. Ask a qualified aromatherapist if you are unsure. Essential oils do not dissolve in bathwater, and adding a carrier oil does not make them disperse evenly.

Carrier-oil pairings: Jojoba, grapeseed and sweet almond are common bases for diluted blends, including lavender or frankincense. Choose according to your skin’s needs, allergies and the essential oil’s directions, not a promised health effect. Avoid sweet almond if you have an almond allergy. Browse our Carrier Oils – 100ml.

Storage and shelf life: Keep bottles tightly closed, upright and away from sunlight, heat and moisture. Note the opening date and follow the supplier’s expiry and storage guidance. Shelf life varies by oil and storage conditions; citrus oils generally oxidise more quickly. Do not use an oil that has changed noticeably in smell, colour or consistency, even if it is within date.

Basic handling: Do not swallow. Avoid eyes, mucous membranes and broken skin. Patch test a correctly diluted blend before wider use and stop if irritation occurs. Some citrus oils can increase sun sensitivity; check the individual oil’s directions. Keep out of reach of children and pets, and follow your diffuser’s instructions.
