How to Get the Best Burn

A great candle deserves a little care. Here are a few tips to make yours last as long as possible:

• First burn matters most — let the wax melt all the way to the edges on the first burn (usually 2–3 hours). This prevents tunnelling and ensures an even burn every time after.
• Trim the wick — before each burn, trim your wick to about 5mm. This keeps the flame steady and the burn clean.
• Don't burn for too long — four hours max per session. After that, let the wax cool and solidify before relighting.
• Keep it away from drafts — wind and air movement cause uneven burning and can shorten your candle's life.
